Lakota Pointe spans a 56 acre hillside with sweeping views and easy access to Winter Park Ski Resort, designs range from 3-6 bedrooms. This model will be part of the first phase, of 35 total homes.

The first home based on this concept is a 5 bedroom design, including a large bunk room under the garage. Currently in for permit review and expected to break ground in the Summer of 2026.
